My height is 5'5". Please suggest me best comfortable bike in 125 or 150 cc segment in India..?

Ride Comfort, Handling are my main priorities as occasionally i have to travel very long(150 km a day) in city condition. Performance comes next. My budget is maximum Rs. 65000 to 70000, not more than that. Also i have a big doubt in mind, i m afraid of purchasing a bike without kick start.
