Electronic Shipping Info Received Delivery Status?

I ordered a phone off ebay on Saturday, and it said it'd be here by Tues or Weds. I tracked it, and it said the Electronic shipping info was received. Does this mean the phone will be here today? It said that status last night and I usually get my mail in 5 hours.
