35 gal sump for a 75 gal saltwater tank, do I need an additional canister filter?

Please bare with me, im super new to sw, just got my first tank today and its not set up yet. The sump has those blue bio balls and space for carbon and filter fiber, its divides with holes in the divider, I assume for more live rock. Is that enough filtration in addition to having live sand and rock
