Yes! Talk to him. I have a really good relationship with my dad. I would just straight up ask him. Say, you want to visit him, and you don't have a lot of money, so ask him to help pay for your trip to see him. I would answer when he calls, because it could effect you. I love my dad, and my parents are divorced too. But, you won't regret talking to your dad. Trust me.
