Is this dominance behaviour from my Male Guinea pig?

So my boar and sow had babies, they were born on the 27th of april. I don't want them mating ever again when i adopted them she was already 3 weeks pregnant and they're in one giant c&c cage with a wire cube divider, and the babies keep going in and out of the divider and the male starts purring really loudly and shifts his weight from side to side and sometimes squishes the babies into the wall (but not really just leans on them) is this normal? he's getting neutered soon so the mom and dad can be together- P.s. he's not even the dad none of the babies resemble him..
