I am feeling this strong connection and I want him to just make his move?

I am almost positive he likes me, I am not a very good flirt and I am not confident in making the first move so what things can I do too give him the okay? We are already friends and I see him everyday after school alone for about 10 mins do I do something extra there?? I need flirting tips and other signals that really tell him just do it she's really into u; also there is a divider in the car so I can't put my hand on his leg or anything and if a put it up I feel like that is too much I wouldn't mind if he put it up....
