I worked about 16 min taebo, ate a small bowl of cookie crisp, had a 100 calorie mini bagel, swam for an hour, walked UPHILL for 2 hours outside in the stupid *** heat ate three spoonfuls of fiber pasta, and then had a small piece of chicken and a piece of bread for dinner. Did i eat good and exercise? Note I am only 13 but me and my friend are on the track to loose a little bit of weight. How many calories a day should a normal 13 year old girl 5' 3 eat?
