Can anybody suggest what is the cure/Medicine for Bornchiectatic change?

In my CT scan of Thorax (HRCT), the impression was Bronchiectatic changes, in right lung lower lobe posterior medial basal segment and Formoterol Fumarate and Budesonide Inhaler, fomtide 200 was prescribed. I want to know whether it is curable or operation is required.
