Package send from china being held at U.S Custom House?

My uncle ordered some diabetic medicine from china and it has been held at the U.S custom house for FOUR months. My uncle got the medicine from his brother in law and he is a doctor at china. We never receive any letters saying we need to go pick up the package at custom house but the china post office told us that it has been held at the u.s custom house. So we went to the nearest custom house and they were no help at all! we gave them the tracking # to the package and they can't help us with that. Will that package ever be deliver??
